Hey there, conscious creator! As we prepare to close out one year and welcome the next, I want to offer you an uncommon piece of advice:
And I’ll even go as far as to say: Let go of trying to "find your purpose” this year. Because resolutions, goals, and even your proverbial “purpose” are fleeting. They change and ebb and flow just as you do, moving through the seasons of life. Most of all, they’re byproducts of something far grander: who you are and the person you’re living into each and every day. Instead of asking “What goals do I want to accomplish?” or “What’s my purpose?” this year, I invite you to consider a more powerful question: “What is the greatest expression of myself?” This question is your North Star, guiding you through all the phases and purposes of your life. It reflects who you are at your core—beyond your roles, achievements, or circumstances—and gets at the heart of concepts like identity shifting, manifesting, and living the life you desire. I say this because I’ve spent the last 4 months locked away in my creative dungeon working on my upcoming Identity Shifting program. And guess what? What I thought Identity Shifting was all about? I was DEAD WRONG! Identity Shifting is not a manifestation strategy. The word “manifestation” just makes for good marketing and admittedly gets people to click and read. Instead, Identity Shifting is the spiritual path itself. That means… It’s not about achievement or accumulation. It’s not a discovery. It’s not a becoming. A shedding of the identity worn on the outside so the soul on the inside can shine through. Because the “you” that you spend so much time working toward becoming, is the “you” you’ve always been deep inside you. The purest and greatest expression of you. I believe that’s what this journey is all about. Identity Shifting is just a fancy name for stepping into raw, unapologetic authenticity.
It’s about burning away every untruth, every limiting story you were told about who you are and what you’re capable of. And then, sifting through the ashes to recover what remains.
And what actually does remain? A glimmering destiny of self. The version of you that you’ve always known, deep down, you’re destined to be. And that’s exactly what we’ll explore in this edition. Consider this your invitation to end 2024 by turning inward, aligning your goals and intentions with the essence of who you truly are—and starting the new year inspired to shine brighter and share your gifts more fully. WARNING: It’s about to get heavy and deep. 😊 Glimmers of DestinyWe’ve all sensed those glimmers—that there’s something deeper within—an untouched part of ourselves that moves quietly beneath the surface. It’s a presence we rarely speak of or share with others, a stillness buried under the layers of our everyday selves. But deep down, we know: this is who we really are. It’s woven into the fabric of our being, like threads of truth running through the heart of us, binding us to something vast, something real. I know you’ve glimpsed this deeper nature—the version of you that shines, that feels alive, that’s wildly in love with life. The you that is healed, whole, and longs to inspire others toward the same healing and wholeness. And yet, this expression of yourself often stays locked away, waiting patiently behind the scenes for your recognition. But when you finally touch it, it feels right. Undeniable. Like a bird long caged, meeting the open sky for the first time, tasting freedom in the sweep of its wings. You know this feeling. It’s a quiet but unshakable call, as if a great destiny awaits you, a purpose that’s been there all along. Even if you don’t know what it looks like yet, it’s there, humming beneath everything. I can almost feel you nodding. You know exactly what I mean. This is the journey already unfolding before you. These are the tides nudging you forward. And it’s in these uncharted waters you must point your sails and dive headfirst. The Two Most Important Questions of Your LifeTo uncover the “greatest expression of yourself” and ignite these “glimmers of destiny” into a radiant flame, we must begin by reflecting deeply on the two most important questions of human existence:
These aren’t surface-level inquiries, and their answers can’t be found in the roles we play or the titles we hold. So, I ask you: Are you your job title? Your relationship status? The numbers on a scale or in your bank account? Are you here to go to school, get a job, get married, make some money, have kids, wait for retirement, and then die? Is your intention to simply get by? Are you seeking to go from birth to death with minimal headaches or problems? Without making too many mistakes along the way? Experiencing the least amount of suffering possible? Or are you here to live fully, to explore what it means to be truly alive, and to embody the grandest vision you ever had about yourself? Why are you having this human experience? Yes, these questions are heavy. They may challenge you, even make you uncomfortable. But they also open the door to uncovering your highest potential—a potential that can help you live a life of deeper meaning and serve the world in ways you never considered possible. Are you willing to walk through it? Living Purposefully, Step by StepThis notion of the greatest expression of yourself can feel a bit abstract and like a massive undertaking that we have to conquer. While this is our ultimate North Star, let’s not forget: we’re human, and life happens in the here and now. That means our day-to-day life requires some semblance of purpose, even as we move toward that greater vision. But here’s the key to purpose: You don’t find your purpose. You become purposeful. So when it comes to setting goals for yourself this year, I like to keep it simple and focus on two things:
It’s through this lens that you can set intentions that align your day-to-day life with the greatest expression of yourself—one purposeful step at a time. We are always arriving.Sometimes, everything has to be inscribed across the heavens so you can find the one line already written inside you.
Sometimes it takes a great sky to find that first, bright and indescribable wedge of freedom in your own heart.
Sometimes with the bones of the black sticks left when the fire has gone out, someone has written something new in the ashes of your life.
You are not leaving. You are arriving.

Parting Words and Final ReflectionI prompted you with a ton of questions this week, so I get it if you’ve had your fill. But if you’ve made it this far, my takeaway for you is simple: Who is the person you’ve known deep down you’re destined to be? And what would it mean to let that spark of destiny take center stage and allow your inner wild child dance? With gratitude. 🙏🏻 If you have any questions or want to share some of your own insights, feel free to hit reply and let me know. I read and reply to every email. “Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves like locked rooms and like books that are written in a very foreign tongue. Do not now seek the answers, because you would not be able to live them. And the point is, to live everything. Live the questions now.” — Rainer Maria Rilke Hey there, conscious creator.
