Hey there conscious creator! Over the past month, I’ve been talking with many readers about my upcoming Identity Shifting course. My biggest takeaway? How deeply connected we all are and how much we share the same struggles. Why do I say this? Well, from all of my conversations, the common theme is that nearly all of us:
But what’s stopping us? Well, that was my biggest revelation of all: We all worry about what people think of us. If we peel back all our desires, we’ll find what remains is a yearning to take off the mask, to be truly seen, heard, and appreciated as who we are. There’s a greeting used by the African Zulu tribe, “Sawubona,” which literally translates to: “I see you, and by seeing you, I bring you into being.” When I first heard that, it sent chills down my spine. Here’s the great paradox though: To be fully seen, we must first fully see ourselves. We need to bring ourselves into being. We must keep our eyes open, our gaze affixed on the truth of what our soul aches for—witnessing who we’ve been, who we are now, and what we’ve been hiding from ourselves and the world. We need to recover all parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, discarded, and hidden away to keep us safe—truly seeing them with loving and accepting eyes. Ultimately, we need to call our creative power back.Because here’s the problem: most of us give our energy away by looking for others and situations outside ourselves to fill our needs for joy, purpose, and fulfillment. And when they don’t, we once again feel unseen—and it chips away a little more at our ability to step into our most authentic selves. That protective mask gets another layer of armor over it. But as always, we have to remember, everything is created within. What we experience in “reality” is merely a reflection of the energy we’re embodying. So to be seen, to feel fulfilled and content with who you are, and to manifest a life of unbridled authenticity driven by purpose and passion, you must resonate with the energy of your most authentic, and highest self. So in this edition, it’s all about reclaiming that power, embodying our authentic self, and letting go of the grip of external validation. We’ll explore this through the lens of:
As always, hit reply and let me know what you think and if you have any questions. 🙏🏻 One Practice.A Daily Declaration of Stepping Into Your Authenticity And Breaking Free From External ValidationWhen we look to external sources to see us and validate us, we’re not grounded within ourselves. We are pointing our energy outward, looking everywhere but the only place it resides, which is inside ourselves. By centering ourselves, we can recognize all the ways we give our energy away and then turn inward to tap into our own creative source of energy. From here, we can manifest the joy, purpose, and fulfillment we’ve been seeking externally, claiming it within the depths of our own being. This quick four-step practice can help you do just that.
One Insight. The External Validation Trap: A Quiet Leak of Your Creative PowerThe key to manifestation is resonance. Meaning, you cannot possess what you are unwilling to become in consciousness and energetically. You might believe in your abilities, skills, and potential. You might be certain you can achieve your dreams, make an impact, or lead a purposeful life. But… If you’re not FEELING it consistently because you’re waiting for others to validate these beliefs, then you’re falling out of resonance with what you desire. There’s an energetic mismatch between your inner state and the energy of the outcomes and experiences you’re looking to call into your life. Resonance means experiencing the emotions connected to your future manifestation in the present moment. But it’s not enough only to experience these emotions in dribs and drabs when the outer world validates you. I urge you to examine the biggest goal you’re working towards right now and consider the following:
Remember, manifestation is about shifting your identity to align with the energy of your desired future, regardless what the outside world reflects. When you embody this shift, you’re not just imagining or believing in change—you’re becoming it. One Quote.the wild Self"The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door."

Inspiration and wisdom to help you navigate your path and consciously create a life of meaning, purpose, and one that you absolutely love.
Have you ever felt like the internet has lied to you? Not always outright or with bad intentions. But in the slow, steady way, it teaches you to leave yourself? It tells us that success belongs to those who push harder. The ones who want it more. Those who know how to package their life into something bright, clean, and easy to admire. It tells us to hustle. To do more. To become better. And then better again. It tells you that if your life hasn't materialized the way you want, you must still...
Hey friends. I came off a live group session last week where we explored a quiet fear many of us carry — the sense that we might be “too much.” Too intense. Too emotional. Too honest. So what do we do? We soften. We adjust. We hold parts of ourselves back that once felt unsafe to express. This session is part of a weekly "Authenticity Hour" I host every Tuesday at 2pm ET, where we explore identity, presence, and what it means to step fully into who we really are. It's an open space to share,...
“I think I’m scared to invest the money.” That’s how she opened. Not with strategy. Not with excitement about the new business she had just started or the plan she’d mapped out. Just that. “I think I’m scared to invest the money.” We were maybe ten minutes into the call. She had the idea, the passion, and the expertise. She even had the outline for what she’d share online before selling anything. But when she said the number out loud, her voice changed. I didn’t start by talking about...
