Hey there, conscious creator! I’m writing this after a few beautiful days traveling through the California coast and just before I head off to Hawaii. While I’m technically on a little break, I wanted to share a short passage I wrote this morning to remind myself (and maybe you, too) that no matter what’s unfolding in life, there’s still so much to live for. I hope it stirs something true and alive in you. 👇 There Is So Much To Live ForSome mornings, I wake before the sun and feel like I’ve already won. Not because I’ve conquered anything, but because something ancient in me is finally at peace. There’s a part of us—older than our names and younger than this breath—that knows how to listen. That remembers what we forgot when we learned to perform, to push, to prove. That part doesn’t care about algorithms or productivity hacks or whether anyone is watching. It knows the sacred weight of birdsong. It bows to the ocean without needing a reason. It smiles just because it can. This part of us is feral, holy, and full of voltage. It is not logical. It doesn’t hustle. As said in the Tao Te Ching, it "drinks from the Great Mother's breasts” and laughs at the absurdity of being human and eternal at the same time. It kisses the ground in the same breath it looks to the stars. It learns for the joy of remembering. It creates for the thrill of aliveness. It is poetry in motion and silence in form. It is the soul that never stopped singing, even when you forgot the words. And when you touch it—even for a second… You remember: I am not behind. I am not broken. I am not too late. I am exactly where I belong... There is so much to live for. And you likely haven’t even started dancing yet. // In Case You Missed It… Here are some other pieces I published recently online that might interest you. They were in the middle of an identity shift that didn’t arrive the way identity shifts are usually sold. Not as a reinvention or sudden clarity. More like: Life has been giving me feedback, my body has been giving me feedback, my patterns have been giving me feedback—and I can’t unsee it now. They said it felt restrictive. They said it was painful. And then they said the sentence that told me exactly where they were standing: “I could go back to what’s been familiar and override the signals....
Happy Holidays, friend. This time of year usually comes with familiar invitations: What goals do I want to set in the year ahead? What do I want to change going forward? But I want to invite you into a different set of questions. Before we go there, I want to share that I’m hosting a live year-end session this coming Tuesday—and it won’t be about goal setting in the traditional sense. No frameworks or PowerPoint slides. Instead, we’ll work with Identity Honesty — not deciding what you want to...
Hey there, friends! Quick update: I just finished writing a new “mini-course” on Substack titled Return to the Self: A Seven-Part Guided Journey Into Conscious Identity Shifting. It dives into the heart of what I call identity shifting through authenticity and manifestation through presence — the quiet, deeply honest work of choosing the self you’ve always sensed was waiting beneath the noise. It’s for anyone who feels stretched thin between who they’ve been… and the self that’s been waiting...
